Video captures moment viral officer proposed to his girlfriend
North Little Rock police officer Tommy Norman is known for the inspiring stories that he used to post on social media detailing positive interactions with the community he served.
Norman, who in June was asked to stop posting stories to his social media while he was in uniform, is still known for his positive interactions with the community, even if the viral videos he was so well-known for have disappeared.
But now, he’s in a new video, out of uniform, for the best of reasons: he’s getting married.
Officer Norman was at his girlfriend’s birthday party at Samantha’s Tap Room and Wood Grill in Little Rock on Friday night when he got down on one knee and proposed to Rosalynd Guiden, while her son looked on.
