On Wednesday, Terry Crews filed a police report to officially take action against the Hollywood head that he claimed groped him last year.

According to TMZ, the “Brooklyn Nine-Nine” star made the official report with the Los Angeles Police Department claiming that he was sexually assaulted. Now, there could potentially be a criminal investigation.

One month ago, Crews came forward with his story of sexual assault in the light of all of the accusations being made against Harvey Weinstein. Crews came forward to tell his story, saying that a powerful person in Hollywood had grabbed his crotch and then “grinned like a jerk.”

Crews said that he didn’t spring into action like he wanted to because he was worried that there would be backlash in his career as well as headlines portraying him as an angry Black man.

“I thought twice about how the whole thing would appear. ‘240 lbs. Black Man stomps out Hollywood Honcho’ would be the headline the next day,'” he wrote. “Only I probably wouldn’t have been able to read it because I WOULD HAVE BEEN IN JAIL. So we left.”

While Crews declined to name the man who had groped him, the man was later identified by The Hollywood Reporter as Adam Venit, a WME agent.
