Axel Foley is back – for real this time.

According to a Deadline report, the Belgian writer-director duo of Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, best known for the critically acclaimed drama Black, will helm the project.

Yes, Eddie Murphy is on board too.

When Murphy and producer Jerry Bruckheimer saw Black, which won the Discovery Award at the Toronto Film Festival last year, they reportedly loved the film.

The fourth film in the series will see a script by Josh Appelbaum and Andre Nemec that takes Murphy’s character Axel Foley back to his roots.

Production is slated to begin either by the end of the year or by early 2017.
