In the February 2013 issue of GQ, pop star Beyoncé opens up about what she calls her “crazy archive.”
The “Love On Top” singer reportedly says that she has a library down the hall from her Manhattan office that contains the official Beyoncé archive.

The images include still photographs, personal and professional videos, interviews, digital diary entries, and documentary footage.
The massive collection begins with the first photos taken of Destiny’s Child, the girl group she once fronted, and continues up until the present day.
In one intimate video diary entry shared with GQ, she looks into her lap-top camera and says, “If I’m scared, be scared, allow it, release it, move on. I think I need to go listen to “Make Love to Me” and make love to my husband.”
Beyoncé also told the magazine that she has employed a “visual director” to capture her every waking moment since 2005. Moments including time with her husband, rapper Jay-z, and their 1-year-old daughter Blue Ivy, as well as other candid moments shared while on tour.
The 31-year-old songstress is set to perform at this year’s Super Bowl Halftime Show, release her fifth solo album and premiere an HBO documentary about herself and her family.
Throughout the interview, she makes it clear that she is always striving for perfection, and working hard.
“I’ve worked harder than probably anyone I know, at least in the music industry. So I just have to remind myself that I deserve it,” she says.
Beyoncé’s hard work has certainly paid off. She is one of the highest-earning entertainers in the world, and with that comes considerable influence.
“I now know that, yes, I am powerful,” she says. “I’m more powerful than my mind can even digest and understand.”
