Williams, who has owned professional tennis in 2015, is attempting to win her fourth Grand Slam title of the year at the U.S. Open next week. She’s hands down the No. 1 women’s tennis player in the world, arguably ever.

McEnroe, who has been retired from tennis since 1992, is now a top tennis analyst for various networks. He did briefly “un-retire” in 2006 to play in a pair of doubles tournaments.
Williams just won her 21st Grand Slam title of her career at Wimbledon.
McEnroe admitted his two daughters would say he would lose, but he remains confident.
Kimmel asked McEnroe why the two never played a match. McEnroe replied and said Donald Trump actually offered to make it happen “15 years ago,” but it never came to fruition.
“Serena, she’s got a lot to lose by losing to an old fart like myself,” McEnroe added. “And I’ve got a lot to lose because if I lose to — God forbid a woman — then I’m not allowed in any men’s locker room for the next 15 years […]”
Let’s hope all of this is some elaborate scheme from Kimmel that will be televised for charity. Let’s hope.
