Katherine Jackson has just filed legal documents in Los Angeles claiming that her nephew is abusing her and trying to get her money.

She has now obtained a restraining order against Trent Lamar Jackson, who she described as an “abusive con-man” who took money from her accounts and manipulated her so that he could stay with her rent-free. What’s more, she claimed that she had to hide in a closet in order to be able to speak with her kids. Rebbie and some of Jackson’s other children are now reportedly willing to testify against Trent.

The Jackson matriarch tried to fire Trent from his job as her driver, for which he has been making six figures. She enlisted the help of the sheriff, but when deputies and Jackson’s lawyer arrived, Trent simply ran off.

The restraining order requires Trent to stay at least 100 yards away from her. He will also be required to move out of the guest house and return his keys.

According to the documents, Jackson fears retribution for taking action: “Now that he knows his conduct will be revealed, she fears what he may do to her upon her return.”
