On Wednesday, the National Enquirer put the last known pictures of Bobbi Kristina Brown on her deathbed on the cover of their magazine.

The images were “world exclusive,” the magazine claimed, and showed what appeared to be the unconscious 22-year-old lying under a blanket at Peachtree Christian Hospice in Georgia. [TheGrio has used an altered version of the image below.]

The cover also had an image of Whitney Houston in a casket after her similar death in 2012.

It is not yet known who took the picture or whether or not the photographer was allowed or supposed to be taking pictures of Bobbi Kristina. There is also rumored to be another image, this one of Bobbi Kristina in her casket, that has not yet been published.

That second image, the one of Bobbi Kristina in her casket, is said to be at the center of a heated divide between the family members of the late Bobbi Kristina, with the Houstons and the Browns accusing each other of being the ones who invited the guest that took the picture. The picture was reportedly sold for six figures after intense bidding online.

Leolah Brown, Bobby Brown’s sister, wrote on Facebook after the image was discovered:

“Please know that, that picture that was taken of my niece, Bobbi Kristina was taken when NO other Brown was around her. My brothers KNOW this and we have already determined who we are sure it WAS NOT! And believe me-IT WAS NOT A BROWN!”
