Tennessee students suspended after alleged prostitution in school

theGRIO REPORT - Several high school students in Tennessee have been suspended after allegations of prostitution were brought to the attention of administrators.

Several high school students in Tennessee have been suspended after allegations of prostitution were brought to the attention of administrators.

Students at Bolton High School in Arlington allegedly participated in what parents and students are calling a “prostitution incident” on school grounds.

School officials, however, say that characterization may not be entirely accurate.

A student told WMC Action News 5 that a 14-year-old female student let male students know she was offering sex in one of school’s bathrooms:

There was like a line of 10 people almost every day. She just be turning around at me in class always smiling at me […].  There’s something wrong with her … in her head.

School district administrators are still interviewing students as part of an ongoing investigation.
