Apollo Nida thinks he might be getting an early release from prison.

In a new letter, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star said that it “won’t be long” before his release, though he had been sentenced to eight years in prison.

Nida was found guilty of federal fraud after it was discovered that he owed $1.9 million in restitution to JP Morgan Chase and the IRS. His estranged wife Phaedra Parks is raising their two children, Ayden, 4, and Dylan, 2 and appears in the current season of the show.

Bravo has yet to make a statement on if Nida will be returning to the network following his release.
