Just when you thought the ugly custody battle between R&B superstar Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster Raymond was over — it may be starting up again. Rumor has it that Tameka is planning to appeal the court’s ruling which granted full custody of their two kids to the 33-year-old singer. MTV News has more:

The ongoing custody battle between Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster ended on Friday with the R&B singer winning primary custody of his two sons Usher Raymond V, 4  and Naviyd, 3 but Foster is reportedly planning to appeal the decision.

According to TMZ Foster believes that the judge gave a biased ruling in the case, since Usher’s lawyer works for a firm that threw a fundraiser for the judge back in 2008. Foster has not confirmed this herself, but instead sent a tweet this weekend that seemed to be related to the case.

“Money can buy many things… But in the end. Truth & goodness will prevail,” she tweeted. “I must continue to believe this. Stand firm.”
