TheGrio is Black Culture Amplified
TheGrio is the largest Black newsroom in America committed to reporting the latest news, politics, entertainment and lifestyle content because we believe a well-informed community best determines its own interests. TheGrio comes to you with five distinct businesses: a website, live events, a cable network, a mobile and streaming app, and a podcast network. Our mission is to do more than inform. See Your Impact!
“This is the ultimate destination for the world’s best talent and content,” said Byron Allen, founder/chairman/CEO of Allen Media Group. “Unfiltered African-American voices are more needed today than ever before, and theGrio is 1,000 percent committed to amplifying our perspectives and culture worldwide.”
Byron Allen
