Luther Vandross was outed as gay after his death.

It seems the beef has been squashed between Paula Deen and the entire black community — that’s if you ask the two black photographers who greeted her at LAX Friday evening.

In a video captured by TMZ, you first hear one of them ask Deen what her “favorite way of cooking fried chicken is.” Deen proceeds to share her tips.

Shortly thereafter, the other African-American photographer extended his hand to the embattled chef and said,”We still love you. No matter what happens babe, black people still love you.” His black colleague chimes in, “You’re still welcomed in the hood.” Watch the video here.

Deen seemed moved by the show of support by the two men. Steve Harvey recently announced that Deen will be working with his mentoring program for black youth.
