L’Oreal’s SoftSheen-Carson Optimum Amla Legend No-Mix, No-Lye Relaxer is marketed to give women softer and silkier hair, but one highly unsatisfied customer is suing L’Oreal saying that instead their product burned her head bald.

Delicia Taylor told TMZ that she discovered burned, blisters, scabs and bald spots on her head after using L’Oreal’s product, and now, she is suing on behalf of all women who have been literally burned by the product for the total of $5 million.

This is not the first time L’Oreal has been in trouble for this particular product, as several women made similar claims in September and also filed suit.
