Live Nation Urban announces ‘Femme It Forward’ series with Jill Scott, Cardi B and More

LiveNation announced the launch of “Femme It Forward,” as part of its new multi-platform series of all-female concerts and events presented by Live Nation Urban and designed to “spotlight the entertainment industry’s most creative and accomplished female visionaries, both on the stage and behind the scenes.

As women of entertainment continue to dominate the music industry, Live Nation is celebrating them.

The events promoter has announced the launch of “Femme It Forward,” as part of its new multi-platform series of all-female concerts and events presented by Live Nation Urban and designed to “spotlight the entertainment industry’s most creative and accomplished female visionaries, both on the stage and behind the scenes,” according to the announcement, Variety reports.

The series will also feature special conversations with female executives in the industry, panel discussions and live performances from emerging acts, comedy shows and activations in multiple markets.

Cardi B, Teyana Taylor, Brandy, City Girls and Jill Scott are among the headliners Billboard reports. The shows also slated to include Nicole Bus, Rico Nasty, Jorja Smith, Kali Uchis, Ari Lennox, Ama Lou, Dounia, Brianna Cash, Mahalia, Faith Evans, Tweet, Monica, Brandy, Ashanti, Keri Hilson, Amerie, Lil Mo and Mya, with more to be announced.

Tickets for select shows will be available to the public beginning Friday, while tix for all the shows will be available by April 26.
