Paul Birdsong, the chairman of the Philadelphia Black Panther Party for Self Defense, is inviting the community to learn more amid scrutiny.

“The federal government is picking and choosing who to investigate – going after protestors and not the person who shot and killed one of our neighbors,” said Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey.
