We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If ENTERTAINMENT STUDIOS DIGITAL MEDIA, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, consolidation, or other similar transaction, or asset sale, your Personal Information may be transferred. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is intended for a general audience and are not designated or intended for use by anyone under the age of 13, or 16 in the European Union (“Child” or “Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children.  If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us.  If we discover that a Child has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.

Rights for California Residents Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”)

Under the CCPA California residents may be afforded certain rights regarding a business’ use of a consumer’s personal information. These rights include:

We may disclose your Personal Information to a third party for a business purpose. In exercising your rights under the CCPA, the disclosure will cover the 12 month period preceding the request. You may only make requests to us twice in a 12-month period.

We will try to resolve your request within 45 days. However, in some cases, we may need to extend the response period, in which case we will provide you with written notice within 45 days.

We do not sell your Personal Information.

Research

Our articles include proprietary measurement software that allows users to contribute to market research (such as Nielsen TV Ratings). The Nielsen Digital Measurement Privacy Policy is at http://www.nielsen.com/digitalprivacy.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
