Tinessa Hogan

The Florida mother who was arrested after the bodies of her two young daughters were pulled from a canal, has been charged with murder.

Tinessa Hogan, 36, is in police custody in Lauderhill, a town located 30 miles north of Miami, but she is not under arrest.
