Halle Berry wins custody of her daughter Nahla

A judge recently ruled in favor of Halle Berry in a bitter custody battle over her daughter Nahla.

The famous actress appeared in court this past week after legal documents were filed by her lawyer, Neal Hersh, imploring the judge to hold her ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, in contempt.

According to TMZ.com, an altercation between Berry and Aubry escalated when the two couldn’t reach an amicable agreement on “how each of them was going to divide the time to spend with Nahla while Berry shoots a movie in Europe”.
