From NBC Miami: A Miami man who police say created a fake Facebook profile to post video of a sexual encounter he had with an underage girl is facing multiple charges.
Rashad Hannibal Jackson, 20, was arrested on Dec. 21 on charges of lewd and lascivious battery, using a child in a sexual performance and promoting sexual performance by a child, according to a Miami-Dade Police arrest report recently obtained by NBC Miami.

According to the report, Jackson and the victim had consensual sex sometime in the summer of 2009, when the girl was just 14 years old.
Jackson recorded the act without the victim’s consent and later transferred the video to his computer, the report said.
