Over Thanksgiving weekend, Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada made a big announcement… she’s pregnant.
November 29, the 37-year-old reality star announced her pregnancy on Instagram and Facebook, posting a photo of herself cradling her baby bump, with the caption reading, “new beginnings.”
Lozada who divorced Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson in 2012, after only 6 weeks of marriage, discussed her desire to have a baby during season 5 of Basketball Wives, which ended October 21.
In an interview with People, Lozada confirmed that she’s six months pregnant.
“I am so excited to announce a wonderful blessing — I’m pregnant!”
“I’m excited about being a mommy all over again,” added Lozada, who has a daughter, Shaniece, 20, from a previous relationship. “This is something I’ve been wanting for years and I can’t believe it’s finally happening.”
Lozada is keeping the identity of the baby’s father a secret at the moment.
