An 85-year-old woman received a lap dance from a male stripper against her will, states a lawsuit filed against a Long Island nursing home.

Franklin Youngblood filed a lawsuit against East Neck Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in West Babylon after finding a photo in January 2013 in his mother’s room that shows a man in underwear standing over his elderly mother, Bernice Youngblood, reports NBC New York.

The nursing home said Tuesday that the dancer was requested by residents and voted on.

John Ray, the attorney for Bernice Youngblood, said, “nursing home employees subjected her to this disgraceful sexual perversion.”

The elderly woman, who suffers from partial dementia, attended the press conference but has no memory of the incident.

Howard Fensterman, an attorney representing the facility, said that “in this instance these are adults who wanted to have this activity, they requested it, they voted on it and the nursing home approved of it.”

Fensterman said a girlfriend of one of Youngblood’s sons had taken her to the performance, not employees.
