The 16-year-old actor was spotted Thursday in Calabasas, California wearing a what appears to be a woman’s black dress.
Smith turned to Twitter yesterday to confess to wearing a dress.

Tuesday, Smith revealed on Instagram that he went to the retail clothing store, Top Shop to buy some “girl clothes.”
