Beyonce and Jay Z are reportedly on the lookout for a new place to stay after the home that they had been renting for $150,000 per month was recently purchased.
According to TMZ, the LA home was bought for $35.5 million, and Jay Z and Beyonce have 60 days to move out before the new owner moves in. The power couple was reportedly not interested in outbidding the buyer and will instead be returning to the housing market.
Beyonce and Jay Z had already tried to buy a home in the area before, which is how they ended up simply renting the one they were in since February. But now, they’re reportedly back on the hunt, looking at places in Beverly Hills, Bel-Air and Holmby Hills.
