Former Destiny's Child creative director Frank Gatson says Latavia Robertson and Letoya Luckett "messed up" Destiny's Child..

Luther Vandross was outed as gay after his death.

Kelly Rowland and Frank Gatson, longtime creative director for Beyoncé were out promoting the new BET series “Chasing Destiny” when the conversation turned to Destiny’s Child, and Gatson decided to put out his opinion that Latavia and Letoya messed up the group.

Rowland had literally just finished saying how the ladies of Destiny’s Child loved each other and were happy when Gatson jumped in with, “But those other two girls messed up the group, Latavia and Letoya.”

“Oh, god,” Rowland muttered.

Gatson continued, “They should have left that group. That was a great group. And I think Michelle and Kelly and Beyonce, they get it, you know, and that’s what we want to find.”

Rowland tried to clean things up by explaining that the show “Chasing Destiny,” which is looking to find the next big girl group to take on the music industry, was looking for a group that could “understand how important it is to be a great union.”

“It’s really important for young girls to see camaraderie. I think it’s important for them to see girls getting along and having a good time and celebrating music.”

Chasing Destiny premieres Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at 10/9c.
