Malachi Love-Robinson, the 18-year-old who was arrested for posing as a doctor, has been arrested again.

On Tuesday, he was arrested for larceny for stealing $35,000 from an elderly woman who thought he was giving her medical care. He also faces five counts of using another person’s identity without consent.

Love-Robinson reportedly used the money taken from Anita Morrison to pay off a car loan and credit cards.

However, the lawyer representing Love-Robinson claims that the police pressured Morrison to place the charges against Love-Robinson, saying, “We don’t have all the evidence.”

After appearing in court on Wednesday, Love-Robinson was granted supervised release and was ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation.
