Starbucks customers have found a clever way to support ‘Black Lives Matter’
Starbucks customers are making sure that the mantra of the Black Lives Matter movement is heard, by changing their names on their Starbucks orders.
Facebook user Lex Cross posted an image of his receipt online as well as the caption, “Changed the name on my Starbucks app to #blacklivesmatter so the barista has to shout it to a room full of people when they put my order on the bar.”
Since then, the post has been shared thousands of times, and people have been following Cross’s lead to change their names and document the moments the baristas shout the mantra for social media.
Currently at Starbucks… 2 black female customers had black lives matter written on their cup..And the barista yelled "Black Live Matter!!"
