On Sunday, Emmy Award-winning producer Chris Nee took to Twitter to accuse “Apprentice” producers of holding back footage that shows Donald Trump using the N-word.

The comments were made in response to a tweet from a producer saying that Donald Trump had said “far worse” than the things he was caught on camera saying in the recently released 2005 “Access Hollywood” footage.

“I don’t have the tapes. I’ve signed a Burnett contract & know leak fee is 5 mill. Hearing from producers/crew N word is the ‘much worse’,” Nee tweeted at Mark Cuban, citing the $5 million penalty fee that would apply to leaking footage from The Apprentice.

According to a BuzzFeed report, Burnett, who is a Trump supporter, has been threatening employees and those who have access to the footage. However, that didn’t stop employees from speaking anonymously to the AP, telling stories about how Trump would often speak about and speculate on sexual activities:

“We were in the boardroom one time figuring out who to blame for the task, and he just stopped in the middle and pointed to someone and said, ‘You’d f… her, wouldn’t you? I’d f… her. C’mon, wouldn’t you?’”

“Everyone is trying to make him stop talking, and the woman is shrinking in her seat.”
