Mariah Carey demands ex buy back his LA mansion from her
Mariah Carey was ordered to leave the house she shared with James Packer, however she not only refused but demanded he buy the place back from her.
Although Mariah Carey was ordered to leave the house that she shared with James Packer as part of their breakup, Carey is not only refusing to do so but also demanding that Packer buy the place back from her.
Carey is demanding the buy-back as part of a settlement in their breakup, in which she is demanding $50 million from him not only because she claims he uprooted her life when she moved to LA for him but also because the breakup has been so intense that she cancelled a leg of her tour, costing her revenue, after an incident on a yacht in Greece.

She is now demanding back that lost revenue and make restitution for the distress the breakup has caused her, she claims.
However, according to TMZ, Carey doesn’t blame Packer for the breakup but instead blames Tommy Davis, a former scientology leader. According to TMZ, a source close to Carey said that she believed Davis “poisoned the relationship, complaining to Packer he was spending an exorbitant amount on lavish gifts for her.”
Packer is expected to respond to the latest of the demands in this contentious breakup on Monday.
