In a new ad for her KKW beauty line, Kim Kardashian appears to be much darker than her usual skin tone.
The ad, which features Kardashian in a cream bra and a high ponytail, drew criticism, with many people accusing her of wearing blackface in order to look darker than she really is.
Some people said that the difference could be due to lighting or Photoshop changes, but for the most part, the internet wasn’t having it.

“Black women get told to lighten meanwhile Kim spends her entire career in perpetual Black face and is lauded for her beauty,” one person wrote.
“I love Kim but that’s def black face in the form of makeup she is no where near that dark,” wrote another.
