DMX ‘back to being human’ while in rehab, lawyer says

Lawyer Murray Richman told TMZ that DMX had been incredibly thin and worn before he started treatment at the New England rehabilitation facility. However, he has since put on 40 pounds and is responding so well that the facility is letting him take day trips with a friend.
Murray added that he wanted DMX to stay at the facility for another 30 days in the hopes that he will continue to improve.
DMX was sent to rehab by a judge after stating that his house arrest was not helping him to improve. The court case against him for tax evasion will continue once he has finished his program.
