93 year old blues legend still going strong (video)
Blues legend David “Honeyboy” Edwards continues to share his music with audiences across America.
Grammy award winning Edwards is one of the last original Delta Bluesmen. The Delta Blues shaped early folk music which gave way to rock and roll.
Honeyboy has written several blues hits, including “Long Tall Woman Blues,” “Sweet Home Chicago,” and “Just Like Jesse James.”
Edwards will soon turn 94 years old, but he continues to tour despite his age. His next stop will be the Chicago Blues Festival this Sunday.
