Man with assault weapon was part of planned protest

The man who brought an assault rifle to President Obama’s event in Phoenix this week was part of a planned stunt by a conservative media group, according to a libertarian activist interviewed on CNN on Tuesday. A spokesman for the group said the black man interviewed by what appeared to be a radio reporter outside the Phoenix convention center was a set up to draw attention to gun rights issues.
