Very interesting interview with an expert in Liberian culture from essence.com:

It seemed innocent at first. A bunch of neighborhood boys playing around when they encounter a little girl who just wanted to join the fun. But what happened to this little girl was no innocent encounter. The boys, ages 9 to 14 years old, all from the same apartment complex in Phoenix, Arizona, lured this 8-year-old girl into an empty storage shed and took turns raping her.
