The Grio and CNBC team up to deliver a weekly preview of money matters and market updates for our community. CNBC’s Shartia Brantley reports that Congress will return to session this week and will address the health care reform. This was the fifth consecutive month of decline in spending as consumer debt stands at $2.5 trillion. Apple will release its latest iPod this week although iPod sales were down 7 percent from a year ago.
