TRENTON, New Jersey (AP) — Bail has been set at $500,000 for a New Jersey man accused of participating in the gang-rape of a 7-year-old girl.

Gregory Leary made his first court appearance Thursday.

The 20-year-old Leary is also accused of statutory rape and endangering the welfare of a child. Trenton police say he also had sex with the girl’s 15-year-old stepsister.
