His body was discovered in a wooded area near Memphis, Tennessee.

However, a separate police report claims that the fatal wound looked to be self-inflicted.
There are also concerns about the amount of cash that Wright was carrying when he went missing. Sources close to the victim believe that may have left him vulnerable to foul play.
Wright, who played thirteen years in the NBA, five with the Memphis Grizzlies, leaves behind six children.
