ATLANTA (AP) – Gucci Mane is back in prison – and will find out later this month just how long he’ll have to stay.
A judge in Atlanta has ordered the rapper back behind bars for violating terms of his probation. The judge has scheduled another hearing for January 24 – at which the length of his stay will be determined.
Police say officers were forced to use pepper spray on Gucci Mane in November when he assaulted another person after an argument – and that he resisted arrest before being apprehended.
He was charged with obstruction of officers and other charges, but prosecutors later dropped those charges.
