But Stone got the final say, taking a job selling Chevys for a rival dealer, the Sun-Times reports. The deal received multiple calls from Packers fans saying they’d buy cars from Stone if he’s hired.
Stone said people have called him all the way from San Diego, offering to buy a car from him.
No matter what, one thing’s certain.
“My tie is not going to affect me selling a car,” he said. Stone sold 14 cars in the little more than a month that he’d worked at Webb Chevrolet.
