Yvette Nicole Brown, an actress on the NBC comedy, Community, appeared on the Today Show to discuss the path that her character is taking on the show. Brown was excited to hear that Rolling Stone magazine has recently called the show “a strong bunch of losers comedy.”

“We always felt that we were the underdogs, but when you’re in Rolling Stone you can no longer pretend that no one knows who you are,” she said.

When asked which classroom stereotype her character most resembles, Brown replied that she would be the mother hen.

“I’m the one that’s always giving advice… I was the good girl, but some things have changed. She has really been deflowered this season.”

Yvette confessed that she had a little crush on actor Malcolm Jamal Warner when he walked on set. He is playing her ex-husband on the show and the two will be getting back together as she tried to figure out which character is the father of her baby.

“We have five more episodes to film and the father of the baby will be found out,” she said.
