At the young age of 15, Jordan Coleman has written and directed two films; has written for the Huffington Post; and was an actor on the Emmy-award-winning cartoon show, The Backyardigans.

His latest film, “Payin the Price,” focuses on the national issue of teen dating violence. Statistics show that one in three teens experiences teen dating violence. President Obama has recently proclaimed February to be National Teen Dating Violence Awareness and Prevention Month.

Jordan is using his passion for film making to help educate his peers in an entertaining and fun way. With the help of his mother, he is a game-changer for other teenagers by showing them that education, hard work and community service are the best routes for success.
