After the beating death of 18-year-old Bobby Tillman, the Douglas County District Attorney has given the four young murder suspects 90 days to either plead guilty or face the death penalty.

Quantez Mallory, Horace Coleman, Emmanuel Boykins and Tracen Franklin are accused the murder of Tillman after he was beaten to death following a party in November.
District Attorney David McDade says he consulted Tillman’s family before making the offer.

The Tillman family agreed to allow the defendants to avoid a death penalty trial if they plead guilty to the murder. The defendants have until June 8 to decide.
