'Criminal Minds' star Shemar Moore sues over bike accident

Actor Shemar Moore has slapped a lawsuit against a driver who struck him while he was riding his bicycle in Los Angeles.

Moore, 41, — who plays FBI agent Derek Morgan on CBS’ Criminal Minds — filed his suit against Phillip Randall and Florence Rosenthal at Los Angeles Superior Court.

The actor, who is being represented by Lindsay Lohan’s attorney Shawn Holley, stated that he was struck from behind while he was riding his bike on August 1, 2009, on Sepulveda Boulevard.
