Chicago Police made a major bust, shutting down a gang drug trafficking ring in the so-called “Terror Town” neighborhood on the city’s south side.

Police arrested and charged 19 people Wednesday in connection with a year-long investigation dubbed “Operation Terror Town II,” according to a Chicago Police Department news release.

The sting targeted the Black P-Stone street gang operating in the area from 75th Street to 79th Street and between Yates Avenue and Colfax Avenue.

Police also seized over $24,000, 13 vehicles and 10 guns in addition to mass amounts of cocaine and heroin.
