The victim is the wife of Smith’s ex-boyfriend. Smith posted the wife’s information because she was mad at her ex-boyfriend, police said. Smith spoke to NBC Connecticut through her closed apartment door in East Hartford on Tuesday afternoon.

“I know that I made a mistake and I apologize,” Smith said.
