Gil Noble, the renowned African-American newscaster whose show “Like It Is” has aired on New York’s WABC-TV for 43 years, is reportedly stable after suffering a stroke.
Noble, 79, has been a correspondent since 1967, and has produced documentaries on Malcolm X and W.E.B. Du Bois.
