From Washington Post: Beyonce has not spoken publicly about her daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, since the chart-topping infant was born in early January, according to her rep.
But Star U.K. insists otherwise. The British gossip magazine posted Tuesday what they claim is the first interview with the diva since she gave birth.
The quotes attributed to Beyonce in the piece are rather generic.
“Security was very tight, but not just for the sake of it, it was for the security of our daughter,” the magazine claims Beyonce said of the highly criticized security measures implemented at Lenox Hill Hospital during Blue Ivy’s birth. The singer said of husband Jay-Z, according to Star, “He would not have missed it [the birth] for anything. He is a very protective and loyal guy by nature.”
