A transvestite rape suspect named Jeron Winston is accused of tricking a 14-year-old into believing he was a woman. The two initially met online and the teenager claimed to be fooled by Winson’s feminine appearance. Because sex between Winston and the teen was consensual, he has been charged with a 60-day sentence on rape charges which he will be allowed to serve on the weekends while maintaining a job and attending college. Defense attorney Leslie Ballin believes that Winston may have been the one tricked into believing that the 14-year-old was 19.
