From NBC Philadelphia: The Diocese claims Reverend Cletus Onyegbule, 44, began a relationship with the woman when she was 18 years old. Onyegbule has served as the assistant pastor at St. Ignatius Loyola Church in Sinking Spring since March of 2009. The Allentown Diocese is handling the case which is not being considered criminal since the woman was of legal age.

Reverend Onyegbule is currently in a treatment facility outside the Diocese and is not allowed to function publicly as a priest.

Onyegbule was born in Nigeria, West Africa. He came to America in 1997 and taught theology at Central Catholic High School in Allentown before attending St. Charles Seminary in Philadelphia. He studied theology for four years and was ordained in June of 2002.
