Gwyneth Paltrow’s ‘n-word’ tweet continues to keep people talking, whether it be in her defense or not. Now, hip-hop icon Q-Tip is sounding off on Twitter and he thinks Paltrow should apologize. This follows a Twitter firestorm as many African-American celebrities came to the Oscar winner’s defense, including Russell Simmons and journalist Toure. Even super producer The-Dream tried to take blame for the tweet, saying that he had tweeted it himself from her phone. Paltrow’s tweet continues raise the questions about whether or not it’s ok for white people to ever use the “n-word.” Fresh Like Dougie reports.

The controversy with Gwyneth Paltrow and her tweet about “Ni–as in Paris” the other night still hasn’t blown over with other celebrities, and it’s the upstanding battle of whether it is ok or not for white people to use the “n word” freely.

While The Dream came out and defended Beyoncé’s BFF, hip hop legend QTip has some feelings that differ a bit from what other celebrities may have brushed off due to the word being written and not necessarily spoken.
