NBC Chicago – Police are asking the public for help identifying a toddler found Saturday on the South Side in the East Chatham neighborhood.
The young boy, approximately 2-years-old, was found in the 8100 block of South Ingleside Avenue, according to an alert from police. He is unable to articulate his name or home address, the alert said.
Police describe the child as a black boy with a dark complexion, 2-feet tall and 25 pounds. His hair is styled into an afro and he has brown eyes, said the alert.
